This is the downloads page for 10LC, where you can obtain binaries and PDF forms of documentation if/when I make them available.

10LC is still in a pre-release state, so expect bugs and please report them to me if you do find some.

The 10LC executable will output compilation warnings and errors using a format that the Visual Studio shell's output window understands. So you can build yourself a simple IDE by using Visual Studio (or the VS shell) and running the 10LC executable as a Tool and capturing output to the Output window. That will allow you to double-click on warnings/errors and jump to them in the IDE.
