If you are one of those people that deep-down really knows that they are fat, but still kinda hope that you are not as fat as you think, or worse yet, you are one of those people that really is<\/em> fat, but you do not think that you are, here is a real simple acid test<\/em> to try:<\/p>\n

Casually mention to someone that you know that you are starting a diet. They are likely to respond in one of two ways:<\/p>\n

  1. “Hey, that’s great!”<\/li>\n
  2. “Diet? What do you need a diet for?”<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If you get the first response… Well, you already know what that means.<\/p>\n
